Priority Pass Houston IAH: What You Need to Know

The international airport of Houston (IAH) is actually called George Bush Intercontinental Airport. IAH serves domestic and international destinations. Many of these destinations are renowned vacation spots, and the Priority Pass™ network of lounges at IAH can mimic that vacation vibe, even if the beach isn’t nearby.

Does IAH have lounges that accept Priority Pass?

As a global program for airport experiences, including airport lounges, Priority Pass has several participating lounges and restaurants at IAH that passengers with a membership can go to. They’re in several different terminals, but you can travel between all of them on the subway underground or the elevated train, Skyway. Access may be denied if a lounge reaches capacity.

Air France Lounge – Terminal D

You may have a difficult time not feeling brightened and refreshed when going to this Air France Lounge. After entering, help yourself to food, refreshments and an inviting relaxation area.

  • Location: Near Gate D12
  • Hours: Approximately 1 PM to 7 PM daily

KLM Crown Lounge – Terminal D

When entering this airport lounge, elegance and calm will likely come to mind. It has a simple but sophisticated atmosphere and décor, plus an appealing selection of hot and cold drinks and meals.

  • Location: Near Gate D8
  • Hours: 6 AM to 9 PM daily

Minute Suites – Terminal C

Don’t worry—you can stay in a Minute Suite for more than a minute. Visits are capped at an hour, but the private suites are great for most needs, whether that’s work or rest. Each suite has restful amenities like a daybed sofa, blankets, pillows and a sound-masking system to really help you escape the bustling airport terminal.

  • Location: Near Gate C14
  • Hours: 24 hours a day (with reservations)

Restaurants in the Priority Pass network at Houston airport

When going to a Priority Pass network restaurant at IAH, member and guest visits count as credits on the final bill. Check the terms of your membership for the guest policy and any credentials that may be needed.

Cadillac Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar – Terminal A

This restaurant has been a choice location for authentic Mexican food and refreshments in Houston’s airport for decades.

  • Location: Near Gate A17
  • Hours: 7 AM to 10 PM daily

Landry’s Seafood

A core theme of Landry’s Seafood is hospitality; the other is Gulf Coast cuisine. The restaurant’s food and drink menu does not just include seafood, at least the location in IAH.

  • Location: Near Gate C42
  • Hours: 7 AM to 9 PM daily (may vary according to flight schedules)

How to get Priority Pass access at Houston IAH lounges

Here are some ways you could get access to participating Priority Pass lounges at IAH.

Priority Pass membership

Although airport lounge access is a primary benefit, there’s more to a Priority Pass membership than you might realize. The network of lounges continues to expand, including restaurants, spas and retail offers in most airports.

Each membership plan is designed to suit a different type of traveler. Standard membership, for instance, has an annual fee, plus visit fees for members and guests, while all member visits with the Prestige membership are free. Regardless of the plan, any Priority Pass membership will provide access to the in-network facilities at Houston airport.

Chase Sapphire Reserve®

If you have a Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card, you can activate complimentary Priority Pass Select membership. The membership provides the same benefits as other Priority Pass membership plans, but Priority Pass Select with Chase Sapphire Reserve includes complimentary airport lounge access for the member and two guests each visit; a fee is charged for each additional guest.

Chase Sapphire Reserve has an annual fee, but the card also offers other travel benefits and rewards beyond airport lounge access that cardmembers can enjoy.

In summary

Priority Pass members can enjoy an array of options at IAH, and there are several ways to get a membership. The Participating restaurants and lounges boast wide selections of food and refreshments. Meanwhile, the Minute Suites in Terminal C can give you privacy that tends to be scarce at an international airport.

With all these options in the Priority Pass network, your next time spent waiting in an airport can actually be a memorable experience.
