Q\u00ebllimi kryesor i k\u00ebsaj fushe \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb mir\u00ebqenien e punonj\u00ebsve dhe efikasitetin e organizatave. Duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb aspekte t\u00eb tilla si rekrutimi, trajnimi, menaxhimi i performanc\u00ebs dhe kultura organizative, psikologjia IO b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb mjet i fuqish\u00ebm p\u00ebr evoluimin e strukturave moderne t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.
