Obsesionet p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb mendime, shqet\u00ebsime ose imazhe q\u00eb ndodhin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur, duke shkaktuar ankth ose shqet\u00ebsim t\u00eb madh.
